A true Colorado native, Monica grew up in Denver and earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley. After launching her paralegal career in Denver, she returned to Northern Colorado and joined the Metier Law Firm family in 2022, where she continues to make a meaningful difference in clients' lives during their most challenging moments.

Outside the office, Monica embraces the Colorado lifestyle with her husband, daughter, and two dogs. Whether she's camping under the stars, catching live music, exploring the great outdoors, or discovering the latest local dining spots, she's always ready for an adventure. When she's relaxing at home, you'll find her reading a good book, binge-watching her favorite shows, or working on creative craft projects.
