Janine was raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In 1988 she received her doctorate in chiropractic from Sherman Chiropractic College in Spartanburg, South Carolina; thereafter, she moved to Michigan and opened a private chiropractic practice which she operated for over 20 years. In 2017, Janine and her husband moved to Fort Collins to be closer to their son. In her spare time Janine enjoys reading, walking, hiking and spending time with her family.
