Colorado injury attorney Tom Metier was recently selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® 2013 in the field of Medical Malpractice Law – Plaintiffs and Personal Injury Litigation – Plaintiffs. (Copyright 2012 by Woodward/White, Inc., of Aiken, SC). Metier Law Firm, LLC would like to congratulate Tom on his achievement. Since it was first published in 1983, Best Lawyers has become universally regarded as the definitive guide to legal excellence. Because Best Lawyers is based on an exhaustive peer-review survey in which more than 36,000 leading attorneys cast almost 4.4 million votes on the legal abilities of other lawyers in their practice areas, and because lawyers are not required or allowed to pay a fee to be listed, inclusion in Best Lawyers is considered a singular honor.
FORT COLLINS, CO – February 7, 2012 – Attorneys Tom Metier and Patrick DiBenedetto of the Metier Law Firm were named to the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, a prestigious group of trial lawyers who have won million dollar and multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements. There are only 4,000 members of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, which was established in 1993. Less than one percent of U.S. lawyers are members. Members must have acted as the principal counsel in a court or jury trial that resulted in a verdict, award or settlement of $1 million or more; and demonstrated, in an objective and tangible way, their ability to accomplish superior results in complex cases. Certification by the Million Dollar Advocates Forum provides recognition of such accomplishment. Tom Metier is the senior managing member of Metier Law Firm.
