Jeff’s litigation practice focuses on motor vehicle accidents and motorcycle accidents, and his familiarity with the insurance industry gives him an edge when going against large corporations and their powerhouse insurance companies.
Jeff graduated from the University of Wisconsin earning his B.A. in business administration and received his Jurist Doctorate from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota. Licensed to practice in Colorado, Minnesota, Nebraska, Wyoming, Federal District of Colorado and Federal District of Wyoming, Jeff’s ability to build a lasting rapport with clients, telling their complex story in a simplified manner for family, judge and jury is the cornerstone of his successful 23-year legal career.
Jeff, his wife and twin daughters enjoy the outdoor lifestyle afforded by the unique Colorado climate and beautiful setting of the Rocky Mountains, including skiing, snow shoeing, hiking, biking, camping and fitness training. As a family, they are involved in their community and church. Jeff has served as his church’s Social Action Committee Chair and has volunteered at the Catholic Charities Northern Colorado Homeless Shelter in Fort Collins, Colorado.
Jeff understands the unique challenges associated with personal injury claims and is a strong proponent of motorcycle safety.
